How often do you take out time for yourself?

How often are you awake to see the sun rise?

How often do you feel like doing away with your phone and actually get down to talk to people without checking 'notifications'?

How often do you say, 'I Love You'?

How often do you realize that your job is just making 'comfortable' and NOT 'happy'?


If these are the questions which are bothering you then I suggest you to take a day or a week off.
Just be in absolute touch with yourself. Date yourself!
Be with yourself from Morning till Evening.

Take a day off from the office, take a day or two off from the classes. Stop your preparation for the ridiculous examination in between for a day. Do not laugh at silly jokes of your boss. Say to your friend that whenever he and she pushes you to do this or that, it irritates you but you do it just to him or her happy and you'll NOT do it from now onwards.

Tell your partner that you don't feel like having sex today.
Just hurt your parents once to make them realize that they're not always right.
Just communicate this to your siblings that sometimes friends are also important.

Say NO often to things which you've been doing just to make someone happy by compromising your happiness.

Darling, Kuchi-pu, Baby, Babu, Dear, Dost, Buddy, Bud, BAE whosoever is there in your life, he or she is NOT important than your very own happiness.

If things are way too threatened by a mere choice of how we're living, what clothes we wear, the food we eat then let those relationships end  right there, those friends to depart from your life then and there, let that job go, just let it go.

Now after you're done reading this, take a deep breath, hold (1, 2, and 3). Now release.

But today you've to decide if you want to experience 'liveliness' or not!
